Jeff Gee, professional keynote speaker
Participants at a seminar by Jeff Gee, motivational speaker
Jeff founded McNeil & Johnson in 1985. Since that time he has trained thousands of people about subjects he addresses in his books from customer service, to sales force motivation, to maintaining a winning attitude. The best way to know what drives Jeff is to read his books Super Service, OPEN Question Selling, and The Winner's Attitude.
Jeff has been in sales most of his life. He's sold for small companies, for Fortune 500 companies, and, for the last 25 years, he has run his own business. He has sold encyclopedias, roller blinds, and frozen foods door to door. He has sold food mixers to large audiences and copying machines, aluminum, advertising, hydraulic towers, and training to end users, managers and CEO's. The list prices on the products he has sold have been varied from as little as $5 up to $1 million. There is nothing Jeff does not know about selling, from opening the sale to closing it and that is what makes him such a great motivational speaker—he really has walked the walk.
"Jeff has mastered the art of customer service, and provides a powerful approach to selling that will guide anyone to succeed. His inspired storytelling, combined with practical life lessons, helps people to internalize messages that can transform any sales opportunity." Michael A. Plamondon, Managed Services XEROX Capital Services, LLC
"I learned the other day, because of the crazy state of the world today, of the death of common sense; well they are wrong. Jeff has resurrected common sense and provides great stories, and simple, easily understood and implemental techniques." Ian H. S. Shaw, Head of Leading and Development, Nestle Purina Petcare Europe

Sales force motivation featuring Jeff Gee
IXL is based on Jeff's book Super Service, In chapter one of his book, Jeff explains,

I experience being at my best. When I deliver Super Service, the person who receives the most service is me.
I am not at the mercy of my customers. It doesn't matter if my customers deserve Super Service or not; by choosing to give it to them anyway, I am in control of how I feel.
My life becomes easier, more fun, more meaningful. When I feed the positive energy within me, it grows in all other aspects of my life, and positive energy attracts positive energy!
People notice that I do a great job and I become an asset. When I am tired of my work or see my job as just a job, I really want to move on. The problem is that it's hard to move on when I feel stuck in mental fatigue. If I change my attitude, my whole world is filled with new opportunities."
